Cody and Dani are still talking. They’re definitely on the same page. They’re both very clearly genuinely scared of Christmas. They like her but they’re terrified that if they do her wrong she’ll call them out and beast a comp. If it works.
Kaysar, Janelle, Nicole, and now Ian keep discussing the developing dynamics of the house including the obvious Cody/Tyler relationship. Janelle suspects David might be in on it too. Janelle’s wearing her VIP pass like a POV necklace. Janelle still Janelle. Memphis joins and says he doesn’t feel safe but he tries not to “play ahead of the POV.” Kaysar agrees and says “overspeculating” on stuff hurts your game. Janelle brings up the theory of the Cody/Tyler/David thing but Memphis thinks Cody might have an idea of who his people are but they’re not set. They all agree Cody/Nicole F are a thing though Memphis compares what Cody told him and gets the rundown that its different than what he told others. Memphis thinks he’s going up with Keesha. David interrupts talking about feeling the love. He’s kind of lost right now.
Nicole is crying and Christmas and Kevin comfort her. sigh Nicole complains about her room again. She says she can’t sleep in the open bedroom on account of the memories of lots of sex with Cody. I’m paraphrasing.
Kaysar’s talking about his S6/S7 rollercoaster again to Enzo this time. I’m sympathetic but he’s had this conversation a lot. He says he was grateful for the first All Stars but his head wasn’t in it and the whole thing is a blur. Keesha joins and notes that the mood of the house has shifted. Kaysar says plans have changed. “Its interesting.” Oh wait, that’s Janelle. Too many blonde women. They all once again agree Nicole F is with Cody and its sketchy how much she’s saying she feels in danger. Enzo’s weirded out that she’s crying. “Its Day 2, bro.”
Bay joins Cody and Dani and they change the topic to covid. 2020. This is… not an intelligent conversation. Cody believes covid is “a scare tactic” because strains of it have been around “forever” and the media won’t admit that. sigh
Kaysar pulls Janella aside. He says its pretty clear they’re being targeted so they need to be strategic. He’s worried about them talking too much to Enzo or others and it coming back to bite them. He says they need to just lay low until they win a HOH and can make a power move. Janelle says she thinks Ian and Nicole A are just paranoid and stressed. Kaysar trusts Nicole but isn’t sure about Ian. Janelle says Ian is loyal “to a certain point”. She says he’ll do what’s best for himself but not this early in the game. Kaysar asks about Bayleigh and neither have a read on her. Janelle is sketched out that Keesha and Dani are in HOH. Kaysar says they can’t trust anyone because human nature will kick in and they’ll protect themselves. He says “they” are shaping the house right now and they need to ride that out until they can change it, but they have to do it before the house “gets into a cadence” of picking people off. They both think they can work with Keesha and Memphis. Kaysar figures Memphis/Keesha are going up but they need to get one of them off and win POV and try and get the votes. They want to trust Dani. Kaysar says he wanted to work with Cody, Tyler, and David but he thinks their alliance is set. Kaysar shades Cody saying he doesn’t have a Derrick to strategize for him.
Kaysar’s suffering S6 PTSD right now and having some kind of breakdown but it might be real fun to watch.

i want nicole a to win HOH next week to throw the house into max chaos
# ? Aug 7, 2020 04:24
David tells Nicole A he feels better about things this year because even if he does get nominated at least he gets a chance to play. Nicole says she consider David “life family” but she doesn’t know who else to trust. Nicole feels weird because she feels comfortable but she’s just waiting for the other shoe to drop so she also feels isolated. Basically she’s traumatized from last season. They kinda hint that they don’t think Cody’s doing very well with HOH right now and showing too much. David says he kinda wants to feel what its like to be on the block. Nicole assures him he doesn’t. “You can know what its like to sit in those chairs when we’re sitting there finale night.”
Kevin telling Day he doesn’t know where he fits into the house. Day agrees and she’s worried that if you’re too social you get a target as well. Kevin says he’s trying to “diversify his network.” Day and Kevin try to figure out Cody/Nicole F. Apparently the new house edict to is to call Nicole F “Coco” Day isn’t calling her that but she’s ok calling her “Cocohead” in private. Kevin’s kind of lost and surprised people are strategizing already. Day thinks Janelle and Kaysar were safe so they wasted their passes, but she respects the move as a fan. “That was ballsy.” “Welcome to All Stars.” Day has a bad read again. She seems to think she’s good with Cody. She says Cody played a loyal game in BB16. Oh, Day.
All the showmance people have claimed their showmance pillows and Nicole A requests a Holly/Jackson one she can walk around with.
Tyler tells David they should work with Cody and use Enzo as the guy who can take the attention off them. David wants to see if they’re into it but Tyler says they are. Brigade 2.0 incoming.
Nicole A joins Kevin and Day. Kevin says he wants to work with Cody but he can’t break through his shield. They all think he’s a genuinely nice guy. Kevin says there’s other people he’s getting a bad vibe from. Kevin says he’s trying to make a point to have a different experience this time. Kevin wants to work with Tyler. sigh Day thinks he’ll be a good shield. Kevin thinks he’ll be a good network connection to the guys. sigh Kevin is considering offering Cody his immunity pass for safety. They all say they like Ian but they can’t forget he beat Dan.
Tyler lies to Kaysar and says Cody is good with him. Kaysar lies and says he felt good with Cody but he just didn’t get a definitive promise from Cody but its too early to expect that from him so he’ll apologize to him. Lots of lying from two guys who will never work together this season telling each other how much they want to work with each other. Tyler’s really not hiding that he’s with Cody at all.
Nicole’s still crying.
Ok, I need to disconnect. This are in enough chaos that stuff will keep interesting and I’ll watch until the sun comes up again. But I also don’t think anything will dramatically change until noms. We can see the sides developing but the folks between the Brigade 2.0 and S6 are gonna play both sides until they can't. That second nom is a wildcard though. It could dramatically shift the house dynamics.

okay so this has already catapulted ahead of most of the post BB14 seasons

Not every All Star is caught up.
Day tried to convince Kaysar he got paranoid and was in no danger of going up and that Cody is a “straight shooter”. Kaysar strategically disagrees. He says he had a straight up conversation with Cody and asked for an assurance didn’t get it, so he can respect that and he felt he had to play. Day respects the honesty of that. Kaysar says Day seems more relaxed this season. Day says her alliances failed because she didn’t give them time to build trust and real relationships so she’s trying to slow play it this time. And some “whatever God’s purpose is” stuff. A lot of mutual respect. Nicole A is there too but she’s mostly just listening to two people who like to talk. Day says she found it hard to root for herself watching her game, but Kaysar says the show only shows those frantic moments. Kaysar respects that Day was very open and raw in a game that’s so guarded. “It was nice to connect with that but it was horrible for your game.” Day thanks him. Kaysar says she shows a lot of reflection and growth. Blah blah blah. Its a nice conversation but they sure do like talking. Kaysar breaks down comparing how he felt in his first season when the US was in a war with Iraq and everything that’s happening now with BLM and protests and how hard it is to see whole groups of people down and how people have to act and stand together. He says people are trying to control the narrative instead of just letting people tell their stories and listening. Its a long thing and I don’t do it justice. Its also a little rambly but its the BB House and Kaysar is kind of losing it.
Nicole suggests they all do a group hug tonight for no reason. Day says we’ve been programmed to think there has to be reason to show love to one another. The funny part is this is the kind of stuff Gr8ful used to say but you know… it was bullshit between calling people sexual predators and bitches.
Dani: All Star BB Alcoholic
Nicole F keeps telling people how shocked she is there are two Nicoles in the cast. Also they have the same personality. Oh, Nicole.
Nicole reciprocates Kaysar’s deep thoughts by sharing her theory about why we should be scared shitless of birds. She makes the argument that we have all these stories about reptiles or monkeys evolving or being radioactively mutated and wrecking havoc but we’re completely blind to the thread of birds. Think about it! Dinosaurs were birds! What if they go back! We’re screwed! And they fly and balance on wires and camouflage and owls can turn their heads and stuff. Kaysar attempts to engage with this and really unpack it but Day just can’t stop laughing.
Nicole: They’re evil and we don’t see them coming.
Kaysar: At least one person does. What about Thanksgiving?
Nicole: I eat turkey to great delight.
I totally forgot Nicole was terrified of birds.

I’m kind of tired of listening to them reminisce/do therapy about their past seasons.
Day spent like 4 hours on a puzzle. Her legs went numb. Ultimately Kaysar and Nicole A helped her. Bay didn’t want to help because the puzzles weren’t pretty enough.
Bayleigh watched Umbrella Academy and Dear White People in sequester and really liked them. David and Kevin also watched UA and liked it. Kevin watched Watchman. Memphis watched Upload. They all watched Outer Banks but Cody was very passionate that it got “out of control.” He had a lot of plot criticisms.
BB history has been made and Janelle is donning a punishment costume for the first time (for losing the Safety comp). It blinks.
While the rest of the house is reacting to the costume Dani and Nicole run off to say they don’t want Cody to nominate Memphis. Dani thinks if they get rid of Keesha they can pull in Tyler and Memphis with their group. Oh, Dani. Bay catches them whispering.
Day tells Janelle she wants to work with her (and that the fans want it) There’s some 3rd woman Day wants in but we miss who it is. Bay, Nicole A, Christmas? Logic would dictate Bay or Nicole but Day has a history of randomizing alliances and poo poo. Dunno. Whoever it is Janelle says she loves her.
Tyler continues to be Cody’s emissary and asks Janelle why she played. Janelle says she wasn’t sure if she was safe and she figured everyone would play in later weeks so she had her best chance. Tyler says Cody might feel weird if he told Janelle she was safe and she played, but Janelle repeats the point that Cody very much did not tell Janelle and Kaysar they were safe. Tyler lies and says Cody didn’t tell him he was safe. Janelle ain’t humoring the idea that Tyler’s in any danger.
Janelle and Ian regale the kids with the legend of James Rhine’s List.
Nicole F and Kaysar lie to each other a bunch about why one did or din’t play the Safety comp and how safe one does or doesn’t feel with Cody. It was all bullshit but it was all rather smooth bullshit. Still, a lot of bullshit for Day 2.
Tyler checks in with Cody. Cody says he’s thinking Keesha/Kevin. Cody continues to pretend that Kaysar eroded trust by not trusting Cody would put him up when Cody planned to put Kaysar up. Tyler says he thinks Kaysar might actually want to work with them. Cody says its gonna be really hard for the two of them to play because everyone is gonna want to be their friends and they have to decide when to screw someone. God, I hate Cody and Tyler. They think they’re doing a good job keeping their alliance secret. They figure they’ll form a group soon enough. Cody again expresses his fear of Christmas but Tyler is very pro-Christmas. They both figure she’ll self destruct at some timed they can hide behind her. They bizarrely nurse the idea of working with Kaysar because he’s loyal and won a comp. Cody just doesn’t want to have too many friends and end up like Tyler. This dynamic is hilarious because both guys really think they’re the Derrick in the relationship. They’d like David to win POV because they think he’d just be happy to win something and not ruffle feathers. They laugh at Enzo that he thinks they’re his Brigade. They think no one is playing yet and no alliances are forming.
Tyler: I feel like people are just going to gravitate towards us, naturally.
I think Cody might be having a bad HOH.

The newer seasons + Dani being set up to be the villains this season. God, you just love to see it . Also, Kaysar, Nicole A and Janelle are looking to solidify themselves as a group within the house and Janelle said Dan told her that Nicole F is the reason that Derrick isn't on this season. Even just going off the subreddit and everything, this season is already giving me so much life. People are making moves, playing hard and aren't going to let themselves be walked over. I can only hope this momentum keeps up.
I cannot enough.

Nicole told Kaysar a bunch of Amazing Race and Survivor stuff because he doesn’t watch TV. Then Nicole fangirls about Dan and explains Dan’s Funeral because Kaysar has no idea what any of that is. I love the absurdity of Kaysar being a BB All Star for 15 years and having no idea who Dan Gheesling is. Its also hilarious because Nicole was fingerling the whole time while Keesha is there. And Keesha kinda just doesn’t care and struggles to remember what happened in her season.
Kaysar: Dan worked with Memphis?
Nicole: They were the ones her voted her out.
Kaysar: Oh, sorry. I just never watch.
Keesha: No its ok, I don’t either.
Tyler and Enzo recommit that they’re good with David and Cody and just want to chill for now Enzo says as long as a woman goes up she’s gone. Then they discuss the Redskins changing their name and amazingly absolutely nothing offensive is said. They think the Indians and Braves might be changed by the time they get out. David points out that there’s different circumstances for the different names and tribes and that the Florida State Seminoles have a good relationship with the tribe. Enzo says he doesn’t know what a “redskin” is and BB gets the gently caress out of there! I actually don’t think it was going bad but they ain’t taking chances. It was funny to me.
Kaysar’s turn to recount Jennifer backstabbing him in S6 after the 14 hour Pressure Cooker and how quick he went in All Stars. Kaysar acknowledges that his entire history is basically one big move and says its always been a mystery to him why it carried his popularity so far. “I had zero impact on the game.” Neither Keesha nor Nicole actually know what Kaysar did so he explains the move and they’re like “Oh, yeah, America loves that.”
Kaysar: Both times the eviction fell on my birthday.
Janelle arrives and Nicole leaves and Keesha tells S6 that she thinks she’s going up with Memphis. Kaysar says if they win POV they’ll pull her down. Keesha says they’ve been acting distanced from her all night. Kaysar reiterates that “everybody” is talking. Keesha says she specifically waited until Nicole left to talk to them. Then Nicole returns.
Janelle and Nicole A compare notes again. Janelle says Tyler tipped that Keesha was going up, which shocks Nicole. Janelle thinks Nicole F is with the guy sand Nicole A agrees. Janelle wonders if Day and Bay are with them but Nicole doesn’t think so. Janelle thinks Enzo is and he’ll protect Memphis. They worry it might be a big alliance that they’re left out of. They’re unsure if Christmas could be a part of it. Janelle says she caught Nicole F in a really obvious lie.
Janelle: And then she started acting whiny like she usually does.
Nicole notes that the way people enter rooms says something and Nicole enter Cody’s HOH with confidence. Janelle is surprised Cody is working with Nicole because Dan told her Nicole blocked Derrick from being on the cast. They note HOW MUCH Tyler is in Cody’s HOH. Janelle says Tyler just repeated back everything Cody said to her. Nicole thinks Cody is straight up and would tell someone he’s putting them up. Janelle disagrees. “We have to win HOH.”
Now Keesha is explaining her Birthday to Kaysar and Nicole F. Its hilarious how none of them watch the show.
Janelle and Nicole A - the BB teamup you never imagined - think they can get Ian on their side. Nicole apologizes for not winning HOH but Janelle says no one had a chance. Janelle says they can win mental comps. Janelle thinks Cody was gonna put her up but Kaysar was the target. Nicole forgot how much this part sucked. Janelle asks Kevin’s deal and Nicole says he’s floating but he’d go with them if they had power. Nicole thinks Day, Bay, and Christmas are floating in the middle too. They aren’t sure about Dani. They know Dani and Nicole F are good friends. Nicole says its weird because she doesn’t know anyone and asks if it helps or hurts that Janelle knows everyone. Janelle says its the same in and outside the house. She likes hanging out with Keesha and Memphis and doesn’t think Cody likes her. Janelle hopes Ian doesn’t go up because he can’t handle the block. They contemplate the possibility that Bay is working with Tyler and Day with Cody. Janelle is clearly concerned that Day not knowing about the Cody/Tyler/Nicole thing might mean she’s in it. Then Nicole does impersonations of Christie and Tommy that are hilarious. Nicole wants a Jackson/Holly pillow because she was their third wheel. Janelle and Nicole are a shockingly adorable duo but then again I remember that one week Kat and Nicole were adorable friends.
The passing comment that broke the BB Community.
# ? Aug 7, 2020 09:16
Janelle’s still kinda mean.
David stares at his picture for awhile amazed its in color. He was alone so like… I think David’s just really freaking out one this whole thing.
Janelle thinks she only got her All Star spot because Rachel and Jess are pregnant. Kaysar joins them. Kaysar thinks Tyler and David were thinking of playing safety but didn’t want to out their alliance. “Also, Cody. Horrible liar.” Janelle agrees. They both agree he won’t make eye contact and repeats old cliches. Nicole thought he’d be straight forward. Kaysar said he came to him like that but he had already decided they were his targets. Nicole says she’d like to be honest anyway but Kaysar and Janelle beg her not to tell her targets they’re her targets when there’s safety. Vets wisdom.
Kaysar: Then Tyler went to Cody and told him everything, in this room.
Janelle: What? How do you know that?
Kaysar: I see everything.
Janelle: Kaysar, stop!
Kaysar: I see all the moving parts.
Kaysar sounds like a deranged comic book villain recapping all kinds of looks and who talked to who but he’s actually like 99% spot on. He breaks down Tyler’s game pretty much perfectly. They figure David’s just happy to be in the game and playing out the thing he wanted to do the last time. They all agree Enzo is probably in it. Nicole F, of course.
They figure there’s a 6th. Nicole thinks its Dani but S6 disagree. Kaysar thinks it might be Kevin. Kaysar asks where Kevin’s game is at. Janelle, “He’s spiraling out of control.” They’re kind of heartbroken that Enzo might be with them. Janelle notes he hates Nicole F. They all agree Day and Bay are floating. Kaysar says they can’t do anything until they have HOH because if they tell the wrong person about their suspicions about an alliance… whelp. Kaysar thinks there most be a larger group for Cody to have the votes secured and starts to spiral out on conspiracy theories but the ladies start to check him.
Janelle: I think you might be overthinking this a little.
Janelle: This is too complex for one day, Kaysar.
Kaysar agrees he’s probably overthinking it a bit and he and he basically acknowledges that he’s reliving S6. “Where have I seen this before?” Kaysar jokes that he wanted to lay low this season. Nicole and Janelle say Ian is really nervous and Kaysar says he wants to talk to him tomorrow. Janelle says she hasn’t talked to Ian about game yet but he’s smart so he can see their position in the game. Nicole frets about Kevin not being with the other side but Kaysar says he’s a floater and the danger of floaters is they’ll bring information back and forth for leverage. Kaysar figures they’ll try and pull Memphis in when Keesha is gone.
Kaysar: This is the first time its going to be my birthday on Big Brother and Im not going to be evicted. So I’m happy. Life goals.
Janelle cracks up remembering that in S7 they made waffles and then she just ate them all after he was gone. She gets called to DR. Kaysar wants to work with Ian but doesn’t have a read on him. He asks Nicole if he’s loyal, good at comps, etc. Nicole thinks he’s got too much social anxiety to create a clusterfuck situation but reminds Kaysar that Janelle played on his season so she would know him better.
Janelle returns, Kayser leaves. Nicole tells Janelle about Gr8ful and how different the experience was. Janelle once again breaks the internet with her accusations that Nicole F got Derrick blocked. Janelle says Derrick and Dan are close friends and they were upset about something Nicole did, but she doesn’t know what. Nicole A doesn’t get how Nicole F could have thet kind of power. Janelle has all the scoops. She says Keesha and Memphis were alternates for Kaycee and Josh but they tested positive fo covid. “We lucked out on that. Bad for Tyler’s game.” Then Janelle goes to bed.
Nicole says she’s “in another pickle.” Nicole likes S6 but says they’re smart and could be playing her. Nicole doesn’t want to ditch David because he’s “fam”. She hopes he’ll be low in the target list. She’s ok with Keesha/Memphis going up. “The one lesson I learned, breaking up duos.” Nicole thinks Kaysar is playing too hard and wants to distance herself tomorrow. She’s says she’s not gonna make the mistake she did last year and say anything to the Day/Bay/Kevin crew or Cody/Tyler/Nicole crew. Nicole kicks herself for not being perceptive enough like last year. She’s worried about going up. Nicole points out it would be stupid to put up a pawn since Memphis could win POV and save Keesha. She also thinks Memphis might be with Cody. Nicole reasons that she can probably survive a couple of weeks with two alliances at war but also realizes that floaters end up collateral damage sometimes. Nicole is sketched that Cody and Tyler haven’t approached her, but for some reason she still thinks Cody is “a straight shooter”.
NIcole: Wow, all hell is gonna break loose during noms tomorrow. Its going to be the catalyst. Its going to be picking sides.
Nicole encounters Kevin and Kevin stealth whispers who he thinks noms are. Memphis and someone. Kevin thinks its Old School vs New School but says he’s New School “out of my rear end.” Kevin thinks Cody is working with Tyler. Nicole plays dumb and gives Kevin less than she did S6, but Nicole plays more on her gut than a plan. Kevin is happy playing the middle between the two sides. He wants to pull Ian to them and thinks Cody/Tyler will pull him in. Nicole doesn’t think Ian will get along with them. Nicole asks what Bay’s deal is but Kevin doesn’t know. Kevin asks what Janelle/Kaysar say and Nicole says they just think they were the targets. Kevin has a nutty idea that the two sides are actually together and this is all a scheme. Nicole says she worries that its all a thing to find stitches. Can’t blame her after last season.
Kevin going up is a way bigger move than Cody realizes, and might actually help him. Right now Day/Kev and Janelle/Kaysar have no actual reason to be at odds but without realizing it Cody's gonna put them at odds and Nicole A's gonna be stuck in the middle. Ultimately Keesha just won't have the votes if she's on the block. Kevin's crew + Cody's crew beats Keesha's crew. And maybe Nicole will be bailed out by that and S6 will just let Keesha go. But I can easily see Day, Bay, and Kevin buying into Cody and Tyler's bullshit and Nicole and Ian following suit. So this might really be a Do or Die S6 repeat for Janelle and Kaysar. But there's always POV that could change things. But dynamics are gonna get even more lit with the noms.
Oh look, the sun. I even kept doing this through a short blackout.
Nicole: I should go to bed. Get ready for the poo poo hitting the fan tomorrow.

Keesha and Kevin being on the block is pretty much a nightmare scenario for me. I'd prefer Kevin to stay over Keesha, but losing one of them still sucks hardcore.
# ? Aug 7, 2020 10:42
Kaysar and Bayleigh pledged to work together. I think it's genuine, but I don't really know the true motivations of either one yet.
# ? Aug 7, 2020 19:48
Kaysar socially is probably just being overwhelmed with anxiety but he's honestly playing a really really strong social game right now. Even if he goes up next week i don't think he'd be voted out based on how the relationships are shaking out.
# ? Aug 7, 2020 19:53
Yeah, that's a good point. People would have to do some hard turning on Kaysar or he'd have to really self destruct for him to go right now. Everyone claims to love him. If he's up against Janelle right now Janelle should go home. Unless the house gets real BB21 sketchy.
Good morning, good afternoon, good evening.
Noms haven’t happened yet. Kevin and Keesha are 100% going up. Keesha has a pretty good idea, although Cody hasn’t given her a head’s up. Kevin’s gonna be blindsided. A house majority is forming with Cody, Tyler, Nicole F, Dani, Enzo > Christmas, Memphis, David > Day, Bay. Kaysar’s having a breakdown but is totally clued in to what’s happening and the need to bust it up. Him and Janelle are trying to recruit Nicole A but she’s really nervous after last season’s trauma. They plan to approach Ian today.
Also my headphones are acting up. I should get another set on Amazon. Prep.
Day and Bay cemented a F2. Both feel comfortable with Cody, and don’t believe there’s an alliance forming without them. They want to work with David but can’t connect with him because… you know… David’s been really spacey. Day also remains convinced Cody was never gunning for S6. Historically its difficult to persuade Day away from an incorrect house read. And Bay was just kind of clueless her season.
Apparently the bidet in the BB House was a contract requirement from Kaysar. That amuses me greatly.
Oddly later Day told Dani she DOES think an alliance is forming with Cody, Tyler, and Enzo. I dunno. Day’s always been kinda chaotic. My impression is she thinks its likely to form but right now Cody and Tyler have her charmed that its not happening yet. Dani and Day talk like they want a girls alliance (with Tyler as a shield) but of course both are undermining that and this is BB so it never happens. Also Day very clearly loathes Nicole F. Its probably not smart to tip Dani off to her trust issues there.
Keesha is Nicole A’s natural enemy.
Cody let Enzo know that Kaysar was his original target but Keesha is now, with Kevin as an expendable pawn. Lets remember this later when Cody says Kaysar eroded his trust by not believing he wasn’t safe. Also Enzo called Kaysar “Count Chocula” and I have no idea what to do with that. Cody told Enzo his core was him, Dani, and Nicole F with others like Tyler, Memphis, Day, and Bay on the outskirts. He also directly elude to Brigade 2.0. Then Cody whined about “cancel culture” and people calling his brother a misogynist. Imagine.
Day and Janelle talked alliance but it felt like bullshit to me. Day told Janelle she and Kaysar wasted their safety. They equally loath Nicole F while pretending they don’t. Janelle tried to subtly clue Day in that Nicole was with Cody and the Bros but Day didn’t seem to be hearing it. She also tipped Day off that Nicole is close with Dani, much to Day’s surprise.
Kevin tells someone he thinks the noms are Keesha, Memphis and.or David. Oh, Kevin.
Dani tells Enzo she’s down for a foursome of them, Cody, and Nicole F. She likes Memphis as a 5th but is wary of Tyler because she knows his game. She’s also skeptical on Christmas. No one else seems to be on the table. Its weird seeing the same cool kid alliance form as it happens.
I can’t tell if Enzo is the best social player or the worst.
# ? Aug 7, 2020 20:25
I can’t tell if Enzo is the best social player or the worst.
Oh my god. I think we’ve just discovered the only way I would want Danielle to stay in the house. A world where she’s dependent on Enzo’s vote every week and has to listen to him talk for hours about how much he loves Evel Dick.
Still wish she hadn’t been cast, but her having to hear how great ED was for a couple months would be entertaining.
# ? Aug 7, 2020 21:21
i want to feel bad for keesha but...shes just not really trying to play. if she's the first vote, it's probably the least offensive first boot of the season. Kevin I hope can stick around, he seems to be a slow starter but I feel like he could do some damage if he can juuuuuuuust make it to Jury. Bay/Day/Nicole A/Ian/Kaysar/Janelle is the alliance that *needs* to happen for their own benefit but I don't know if they'll see it/line it up.
# ? Aug 7, 2020 21:35
I like Keesha and Kevin but they're definitely the "just happy to be here" lost floaters making it real easy to put them up in Week 1. Memphis and David are lucky the bros want to keep them in because they're doing that too. And Cody's scared of Ian and Christmas.

I’m posting this account a lot but I think this is an accurate summation of Kaysar.
There’s a lot of parents in this house and a lot of bonding between them. Its a very different vibe from typical BB. Christmas in particular is really laying back on game and really connecting socially with the parents. Whether that’s strategy or just her being in mom mode, I don’t know. Day’s doing a lot of that too.
Kaysar and Bayleigh touched base and agreed to work with each other but there was nothing concrete. I don’t think it was fake, but I also think it was just Kaysar feeling Bay out. Kaysar correctly predicted that noms will be Keesha plus a pawn of Ian, Nicole A, or Kevin. Bay knows Cody and Nicole F are working but calls Tyler a floater and Kaysar tried to convince her he’s not. Kaysar directly asked about Day and if she would “float.” Bay said Day wants to be solid but is nervous due to past stuff. Kaysar’s definitely feeling the two of them out. Kaysar says they should keep it tight until next week. It will be interesting to see what happens with that when Kevin goes up against Keesha. They also bonded a bunch as Bay told Kaysar about her relationship with Swaggy and season. Kaysar’s been having a lot of deep, real conversations with people and just asking them their stories and listening and engaging with questions and stuff. You know, real conversations getting to know people. It stands out in a house of small talk.
Kaysar and Cody also bullshitted each other a bunch. Its not worth repeating. Respect, not working with people they’re working with, would love to work together, blah blah. Then Kaysar had another deep and personal conversation. Like talking about Cody’s dad’s career and comparing it to his own and listening to Cody’s failed professional soccer career. Kaysar digs.
Bayleigh says Sam just kind of disappeared after their season and they probably couldn’t find her for All Stars if they wanted to.
They changed up the slop recipe. For a few years it was basically oats and protein so they could make a ton of things with the oats if they knew how to cook. This year its combined “pellets” or something. Nicole’s having a hard time with it.
Nicole: Is that who I am this season? I’m Constipation Girl? There’s always one. That sucks!
Kevin: Is there a girl that’s constipated every season?
Day and Nicole F have a super awkward conversation about her Jury votes. Day makes it VERY clear the jury wasn’t voting for Nicole but against Paul and she would have been crushed against James. Like, Day was really rubbing it in. Conversely Nicole is really bitter about not getting James’ vote but also bitter about Natalie voting against Paul? Nicole doesn’t know why Big Meech voted for Paul but Day says it was a vote against Nicole. Day was really hammering home how much Nicole owed her. She’s expressed to a lot of people that she’s upset that Nicole never thanked her until now. It was real awkward. Notable Day brings up how much poo poo Nicole talked about her and Nicole very much does not apologize for it. These two HATE each other.
Janelle got in on the parenting bonding. Her kids are obsessed with something called Roblox and racked up $600 charges on it so she had to change the passwords and reward Roblox credits as allowances for chores. “Actually my nanny had to change the passwords.”
Its actually weird seeing Christmas move around on feeds without a scooter.

he probably should be.
i think at the very least kaysar/janelle have definitely figured out the house dynamics and ian and nicole A will too. I think, if he can calm down and stop overplaying, Cody might be fine following this week if people start to perceive Nicole F or Tyler as the threats that probably need to go. The way things are ramping up...i think this might actually wind up resembling Season 6

he probably should be.
I actually don't think Cody's played THAT badly. He's spent too much time in HOH and told different stories to different people but its nothing super sketchy or nefarious or malicious. I actually think Tyler and Nicole F are more to blame because they're both really transparently running game for Cody and I'm not sure Cody even knows that. But they've been real sloppy and obvious and made this feel like a house alliance/outcast thing.
I'm not sure if the sides will divide hard. I don't think most of the house wants it to. A lot of them are just ignorant to how the rest of the house is seeing their gameplay. Kaysar and Janelle (and by extension Nicole) are the ones really reading the house and Kaysar REALLY wants S6. But I think he also wants to do it right this time and just stop that house majority before it sets in.
A lot of it will come down to how these noms play out. Do Bay, Day, Nicole, and Kevin side with Cody's crew to save Kevin? Do S6 fight to save Keesha or see the bigger picture and try and get Kevin & Co on their page? Do Cody, Tyler, and Nicole F push too hard? How do Ian, Memphis, and Christmas play out on this? A lot fo ways this can play out.

i ran a BrantSteele that spoils the season
it's a trip how accurate it's following the irl alliance lines
end result of the sim: It predicts a Final Three of Bay, Da'vonne, and Kaysar, with Day turning on Bayleigh at the very end and losing the final 2 vote to Kaysar

What I find interesting is that Cody hasn't actually told Keesha and Kevin anything, either himself or through an intermediary. I don't know that there's much sense in blindsiding people in week 1, but then again letting them know too early might be a bad play since no one would seem to really mind if Keesha and Kevin are put on the block without them rallying people to their side beforehand. In a normal season there are usually people dumb enough to not worry too much if they're on the block week one, but obviously that's not the case this time around.
# ? Aug 7, 2020 22:05
Yeah, it breaks my rule #1 of Big Brother. Don't do an unnecessary deception. You're gonna have to sometimes. It makes sense to not tell Kaysar he's the target before a safety comp. Kaysar and Janelle even argued with Nicole about that last night where she was like "why wouldn't he tell you?" and they begged her if she wins HOH to not tell her targets they're targets. But like, there's nothing Keesha and Kevin can do at this stage. You don't have to tell Keesha she's the target but there's nothing gained by blindsiding them. A conversation before hand could actually build some trust and soften the blow. And people remember how you treated others.
A lot of HOHs just don't want the confrontation or give the nominees a chance to make their case or pitch someone else or anything. But like that's the game and being HOH. People want the power and safety without the consequences.

I’m seriously worried about Kevin. I don’t want him to be the first to leave . It seemed like everyone was waiting for the others to make a move and just nothing happened for a day.

Kaysar is STILL talking to Cody about his failed coaching business and giving him career advice and offering to give him help when they get out and connect him with people. They’ve actually collected an audience of Memphis, Christmas, and David just sitting silently listening. I think its the first time I’ve heard Cody talk anything but game and joking around so far.
Keesha and Day talk noms and how Keesha’s sure she’s going up. Keesha doesn’t think its anything malicious, just needing to put someone up. Day says Cody is very tight lipped and not telling anyone. This is patently untrue. Cody’s told all his true allies. Day’s just out of the loop and doesn’t realize it. Day really doesn’t think Keesha is going up and thinks Cody will take a shot at Ian. It will be interesting to see if Day has grown and re-evaluates things when everything everyone is telling her happens.
Bayleigh recounts the train wreck that was FOUTTE but she’s still super defensive about how they all trusted Tyler when he was backstabbing the gently caress out of them. She complains that Rockstar would get mad at them for talking to Tyler or Brett… but like… Rockstar was right. Janelle calls BB20 the best “modern” season. Bayleigh says its the season they make “the new kids” watch and its the new standard bearer (you know, instead of BB21 just watching the last season). Its a weird amount of ego.
Then Bay talks about BB21 and how Jackson’s parents were trying to convince her at the finale he wasn’t a racist. Kevin brings up how Jeff says homophobic stuff and he’s loved but they say “different time.” Janelle brings up lots of racist stuff said about Kaysar on S6 and S7 Allison talking about wanting to drown Janelle. Janelle goes over the highlights of stuff people have said about her. Kevin asks why she gets so much hate and Bay says its because they can’t intimidate her. Kevin says he feels insulted that they keep bringing Jeff back. Janelle says he apologized but Kevin says he’s never apologized to them and he doesn’t feel it was sincere. Kevin brings up Braden using a racial slur against him and Jeff comforting Braden and brings up Bayleigh and JC’s heated slur conversation. Someone finally notices and flips away.
Kaysar just having another casual conversation with David about his life, his city, covid, BLM and casual stuff like that.
Dani rats out to Cody that Day is worried about a guy’s alliance. Knew that would come back. Dani tells them they should be careful but Cody doesn’t think they did anything wrong but Day read into some DR stuff.
Its been less than 48 hours and the feedsters are restless.
Another BB All Stars flash from the past.
Dani, Cody, and Memphis sit in awkward silence in the living room. Dani says they don’t have stories because of quarantine. Cody says its because they’re trapped inside. Someone go find Kaysar!
The Jeff conversation either brought up some old stuff for Kevin or he’s upset that Bay and Janelle weren’t more empathetic to him Either way Day catches him upset and BB cuts away to protect Jeff.
Cody tells Dani who the noms are (See, Day? His real allies know.). Neither thing there will be any “repercussions”. Cody says everyone keeps telling him how loyal he is. Its cool. No one minds being blindsided and nominated.
I’m gonna watch baseball. We’re in a holding pattern until noms.

Kevin confides in Cody that he feels insecure and that he’s never been “cool” but Cody is “so perfect, kind, and nice” and he’d like to work with him. Its heartbreaking. Kevin says he had a bad experience last time and he’s reliving that and he’s very emotional. Kevin apologizes for burdening Cody and says its nothing about him. Cody is kind and comforting but notably gives Kevin no heads up he’s about to put him up.
After Kevin leaves Cody says to the cameras that he feels bad. Because you’re being bad, Cody.
Day asks Dani what he deal with Nicole F is and Dani says they’re cool but not close. Day wants to vent to Dani about that awkward as gently caress conversation with Nicole about BB18. Come on, Day. LEARN! Day says she’s gonna try and give Nicole the benefit of the doubt. Dani says she thinks “easy” people will be nommed and asked who Day thinks that is, Day once again says Ian. Dani lies and says Nicole A.
Kaysar asks Keesha how close she is with Memphis and Keesha says not very, but they’re cool. Kaysar’s worried about Memphis being pulled in by Cody’s crew and wants Keesha to have a serious talk with him. Keesha’s game to ride with them but is afraid to be seen gaming, but Kaysar sagely advises her that the game is happening and she’s going up so she shouldn’t let herself just get played and evicted. Kaysar advises not to seek alliances, but relationships. Keesha worries if she talks to Memphis now it could come back to bite her if he’s up next to her. That’s smart. Keesha has clocked the Cody, Tyler, and David thing and thinks Dani is in it too, which is a piece of the puzzle Kaysar’s still missing. Kaysar has figured out Kevin is the pawn but incorrectly thinks that’s why he’s emotional and he’s a willing pawn putting on a show.
Christmas noticed Kevin being emotional and asks Cody about it. Cody says he’s upset about some stuff from his season but doesn’t know what it was. Neither does Christmas. Christmas is now amongst those aware who the nominees are. Then they commiserate about how hard the game is for them.
Nicole tells Janelle she’s thought a lot about the stuff they told her but she thinks Tyler would want to work with S6. Janelle feels bad she got nasty about Nicole F last night. Janelle thinks they all need to chill a little. “Its Day 3.”
Feeds down. Noms time.

This feels extremely bad for Keesha. I guess she could win the veto, but it sure looks like she’s in huge danger this week.
(It’s official, noms are Keesha and Kevin)
# ? Aug 8, 2020 01:12
She's got a chance in POV. Janelle and Kaysar would use it on her. Memphis might. Outside chance Nicole could but I dunno.
And honestly... I like Kevin... but he's currently asking Cody if there's any favors he can do for him in the future to prove himself to him. If this is a sign of how Kevin is gonna play Keesha might be a better person to keep around. But a lot of that depends on if Day and Bay also think they can still be Cody's friends or if the fact that EXACTLY what happened is what the Old Schoolers said would happen is a reason to re-evaluate their house reads.

I’m sorry, this account is brilliant. Please tell me if I’m overdoing it.
Noms made. Keesha and Kevin. Kevin’s chill, Keesha cries but collects herself quickly. Kaysar’s forlorn but he’s Kaysar.
Cody whines a bit to Nicole A but then goes to talk to Kevin. He apologizes to Kevin and pulls that old “I couldn’t tell you” bullshit. Cody says he doesn’t want Kevin to go home and they can have a relationship. Cody stumbles over himself a bunch making it clear that while he has nothing against Kevin he just doesn’t really care about Kevin but he totally cares less about Keesha. I’m paraphrasing. Its all the usual bullshit. Kevin says he still wants to work with Cody and no hard feelings. Cody does more of the usual bullshit with a tinge of “now I’m the rear end in a top hat?” Kevin says if there’s an opportunity for him to return the favor… the gently caress? The favor of being nominated? C’mon, Kevin. Kevin asks Cody if there’s something he can do to make sure he doesn’t go home and Cody’s got nothing but “its not you, its the game.” Kevin hopes he won’t be ostracized and Cody says he won’t allow that and he rather go home himself and blah blah. Kevin said he expected Memphis to go up and Cody stumbles around that he didn’t watch their season so he has no idea if they work together and hey, Nicole F totally isn’t working with me even though we were on the same season! Kevin says he’s never been nominated before she he doesn’t know how to campaign. Cody says he never campaigned in his season because people will just lie. GOOD ADVICE!
I like Kevin but I kinda want this poo poo to flip on Cody.
Kaysar, Janelle, and Memphis console Keesha and Kaysar fills Memphis in that Kevin is the pawn. Keesha’s bounced back hard and seems to have more energy than in 2 days. She’s bouncing around with people. I’m guessing the fact that Cody rushed to comfort Kevin and ignored her is a fire starter.
Old School thinks the nominations pictures and lack of key wheels is lame. Amen. They also think its meaner and more intense.
Day encourages Keesha to go talk to Cody because Kevin is already up there. Keesha says she’ll get there. This is interesting in terms of, does Day want Keesha to stay over Kevin?
Nicole F being super sly immediately goes to HOH to talk game with Cody. They basically just reconfirm all the stuff we know about securing their little core while not tipping off they’re working directly together. They do this while locked in HOH moments after nominations while everyone is paying attention.
Keesha interrupts and gets to talk to the HOH AFTER his totally not ally who he just happened to play a season with. Cody whines more about having to be the rear end in a top hat and how its not personal and blah blah. Cody won’t allow her to be ostracized because “IT HAPPENED TO [HIS] BROTHER”!!!! Keesha asks if she’s the target and Cody lies and says no and claims he’ll leave it up to the house. Keesha says she had a feeling she’d go up. Cody complains some more about how tough it is to be HOH.
I skipped a bunch of this because Cody’s voice was starting to drive me insane and he just went on and on. Notably Keesha did NOT beg Cody if there’s a way she could prove herself to work with him.
Cody: There’s so much time left. Like there’s still a veto.
Keesha: Oh there’s so much time. Are you kidding me? Its just beginning.
She meant this as a compliment. She really loves Josh and keeps talking about him and saying how much he misses him. Still, Kevin didn’t take it that way.
Janelle and Ian going over more S6 stuff for the benefit of Enzo and Memphis. BECAUSE NO ONE WATCHES BIG BROTHER! Except Janelle, Ian, and Nicole A.
DANI APOLOGIZES TO NICOLE A FOR GHOSTING HER PODCAST! HAHAHAHAHA! Nicole doesn’t care because Nicole isn’t a petty person. “No worries whatsoever.”
Cody’s still rambling to Keesha about how hard HOH is. Now Dani is giving Nicole A advice on how she shouldn’t think she doesn’t deserve to be an All Star just because she isn’t one of the best players ever. I need a break.

I’ve been anti-Cody from the start but I’ve got to admit hearing him geek out about Big Brother with Keesha is really endearing and relatable.

I wanted Kevin to stay but if his initial reaction to the nom is to beg for a chance to prove himself to Cody, he can gently caress off. I’m not here for that poo poo.

For whatever you or I think of the guy he's a charmer. Its how he gets away with the whole "its so hard taking the path of least resistance and avoiding all confrontation" thing.
