Anyone done any touring in Puerto Rico? I'm currently obsessing over the concept of circumnavigating the island, but it's also admittedly a car sewer with very little bike infrastructure... but, despite that, it does seem to have a pretty rabid yet small cycling scene. There are tour groups that do it but I'm having trouble finding any impressions / reviews online.
