My PC could almost hit 60 with ME Andromeda, but not quite consistently enough, so I tried to go with a rock solid 30 instead but I could never get it to feel right (like a game like Horizon on the Pro would). Tried lot of different ways of limiting the frame rate (spent ages), but there was always this "feeling" of stutter, or just general non-smoothness. And it's not the only game. Getting a good feeling 30 fps on PC can be non-trivial. It's an element of PC gaming that I think gets overlooked (maybe cause most of the focus is on the high end).
