Starting this little indie game everyone raves about. I'm expecting to not enjoy playing it as much as I have enjoyed watching it but I suppose we will see. I will say right off the bat, I wish I could completely remap my controls.

Update: After dying several times and going as slow as possible through the previous area, I took the advice of a messenger and rolled into a hole that I couldn't get out of it. But it's okay cause now I look fly as hell Criticism, the locking on mechanic could be smarter or better or something IMO.

Gas Coin down. That fight was stressful as gently caress. Took me a bunch of tries to beat him. I made liberal use of the music box and almost died for it several times in the final attempt. The tombstones can go to hell.

Blood Starved Beast down after 3 tries Admittedly, I knew the tricks like fire paper and the bottle of blood distraction beforehand because of lets plays, I'm sure that boss would've given me way more trouble if I hadn't known that stuff beforehand. There's a handful of bosses later I'm pretty unfamiliar with though

Yeah that looks pretty good. There are some little things that should be looked at, like I feel like the weight of the attacks doesn't really come through. Granted I just came off of playing Bloodborne for the first time and that game just nails that kind of thing, so I'm comparing it to that. The game certainly looked very pretty and the bosses were very cinematic. Loved the wolf monster jumping on top of the roofs, the animation was really good. Hopefully when it's done it won't have slowdown issues because that last shot where he's fighting like 100 clones or whatever slowed down quite a bit when there was a lot of stuff happening on screen with all those enemies.
