I've also recommended it to a bunch of people. seriously helped out more with my nightmares than anything else, and fixed all my sweating issues from being on lexipro edit: only issue it gave me was entering the phantom zone nearly every time i got out of a chair, but i was able to adjust easily to that for those benefits
