The GM that sandbagged Zack Wheeler in the press is the same guy that sandbagged Cespedes because he's a petty cheesedick. I think there's a pattern of Brodie not wanting to look weak or stupid, and his standard practice is to use what should be a neutral position to hurt someone's reputation, i.e. earning power.

Today is baseball card day. Does anyone buy these still? I don't buy cards unless I want some to function as bookmarks. I have bought two PSA graded cards at good deals, and I'll probably get my favorite players only. The two I have are Freddy Sanchez and Mike Trout, but I'm dismayed I can't find a Shingo Takatsu. Also, I'm the weird person who bought MLB Chipz and is probably responsible for them making multiple series of poker chips with ballplayers on them.
