Started playing this game over the weekend. Absolutely hooked (heh). Just played a 40 minute game as Huntress. I'm a Rank 14 killer - only about 17 hours played. I'm not sure what map I was playing but there was a boat and in the middle there was a two story driftwood shack. Survivors got the first 3 gens very quickly and without incident while I managed to kill one. They get the 4th gen by just sticking right in front of me, I hook one but they get rescued. The 3 remaining unrepaired gens are basically in a short, straight line and I spend about 10 minutes pacing back and forth between them, harassing off any survivors I see. I get a few hits but no downs - they loop the gently caress out of me and I don't spend too much time chasing since they only had 1 gen left to do. They had two Feng Mins and one Meg. After about 5 more minutes, the Meg AFKs behind a rock. I'm not sure if they just wanted to quit or what but I get the notification that they're standing still and ignore it for a bit since I think it's bait to get me away from my gen patrol duty. Eventually, I swing out to the AFK Meg and down her. The two Fengs let her die on the ground. I then spent the next 20 minutes chasing these Fengs around my 3 gens. One continues to try to bait me with a chase, I try to get a hit but don't commit too hard and stay harassing/kicking my generators. I manage to down the other one but she gets rescued by her buddy while I'm trying to find her. At this point, they're both injured. A few minutes later, I nail an INCREDIBLE max range uphill hatchet on the baiter. Hooked, killed. 1v1. I find the hatch, kick it and win the coinflip on which gate the remaining survivor is heading to. She gets off the gate, I hit her with a hatchet and win the chase. The baiting Feng is a Rank 1 survivor and her buddy is a Rank 10. Easiest 4k of my life.

Played against a Myers last night who seemingly had permanent tier 3 and two iridescent add-ons that allowed him to mori everyone on the first hit. Seemed hosed!

sometimes I feel bad for letting a few teabags go in the gate when the killer throws a gg in chat afterwards. but then other times I get facecamped on my first hook by a rank 9 killer and i'm reminded: KILLERS ARE NOT TO BE RESPECTED

I leveled Meg then Bill and then David. We're Gonna Live Forever + Borrowed Time pretty much guarantees a safe hook rescue every time and the bloodpoints REALLY start rolling in as long as you're unhooking people.

I want to like Legion but after three matches in a row on Cowshed and getting absolutely embarassed vs red and purple ranks, I think I'm just gonna dump points into him to get the Discordance teachable and play other killers. I ate SOOO many pallets.

Let me pay like 150k blood points to access a teachable I already have unlocked. I literally only had 5 killer teachables unlocked and I didn't get BBQ to show up until level 36 when I was leveling Clown.

I mean if I'm being swarmed around a hook by the remaining survivors, I'm absolutely gonna slug a few EDIT: looking at the life bars, it sure looks like the survivors went down pretty quick one after another. gotta give the killer some space lol

The problem is a lot of solo survivor streamers (like Angry Pug for example) have awful attitudes and seem to be kinda lovely, generally. Sometimes I put their streams on, on mute Angry Pug is such a toxic piece of trash that I find myself actively rooting for the killers in his matches.
