Thanks for the trip report on these. These were always my "would I/wouldn't I" of weird food, since I'll do drat near everything else as well. I'd been seriously expecting a 'heavy ammonia + spoiled milk' vibe from what I'd read, what you said sounds pretty tame. I'm almost...disappointed? Neat though!!
