But I doubt the Pentagon Worlds had "A Great Time" during that given how things had been going. Isn't the idea that the Pentagon Worlds did kick the crap out of themselves, then Nicky's troops (who were uninvolved) come in and conquer them? More analogous to if ComStar had the industrial base/inclination to take over the Inner Sphere after the succession wars instead of playing telephone wizards
