This also came out this year and was part of rather ambitious effort from the artist. It's a bit slower that other kpop songs out this year but I think that was the intention. I haven't watched any of those suggested TWICE videos though suggestive imagery has been around for so long in Korean Pop. Maybe you can write to them talking about how much that imagery is troublesome to see and hopefully something comes of that. They certainly haven't hurt for popularity despite the dearth of stuff that is not music related. I didn't know that they were scheduled to have a reality show for them and am curious as to why that variety/reality show got scrapped. Is there a distinction between what’s considered a full studio album as opposed to a mini album besides the artist making a statement on the issue? Out of what was released before the album drop, I think that Lovesick Girls is stronger than Ice Cream and How You Like That and wonder why LSG wasn’t the first release. Anyways I’m hoping to catch the album on yt.

The thing that makes me negative towards them is their fandom’s attitude on social media. I have no opinion on their music but I cannot stand how they insist that their members are the only “it girls” that can exist to the point of slander against others who might be considered reaching that arbitrary status. This is, I admit, a very shallow reason to not like a group but their fandom really rub me the wrong way towards the group by association.

I think I see more of that fandom because of the group I like. I'm sure that the other fandoms can be as toxic, I just haven't had much experience in seeing it. I'm just answering as to why I'm negative or indifferent towards their stuff.
