alternative history novel in which psychedelic drugs were never banned and weed, psylocybin, mescaline, lsd, etc. were as ubiquitous and marketed as heavily as cigarettes in their heydey from the perspective of workers trying to build a structure designed by a totally tripped out architect and having to somehow work around physical impossibilities etc.
