If the officers had literally paused the cameras when women and had said in the warrant that they would try to make sure innocent activity was not filmed they probably would have passed constitutional muster. In some of the related cases, yes, police went waaaaay overboard in stupid ways. The Kraft case in particular, though, could have been lawful without a ton of changes.

Every person in the US needs a gut check so we can cleave off a bunch of the facebook-informed "I need to say something about this" crowd. Too many fast commenters, not enough listeners. Lots of ostriches who can not possibly believe the police force might be flawed and that some people might be suffering without universal health care, funding for education, and support for social programs.
