Ladies and gentlemen, I have an announcement. The old Hunger Games Match Arena came crashing down. I'd be lying if I said it didn't hurt inside. But times like this, you've gotta make a stand. It feels nice at first, but long term it don't help to hide. And so, we move on. We build a new arena. We gather the most entrants ever. We customize it exactly to our specifications. We mandate tree climbing safety equipment. We build ourselves a new world from the ashes of the old. We present: HUNGER GAMES MATCH III: LETHAL LOTTERY 2: MIXED LETHAL SURVIVOR LOTTERY CHALLENGE SERIES! This will be the most ambitious event in the history of the Hunger Games. The call goes out to every place, every time, every soul that burns for battle: come and see. This will be a match for 24 entries. Each entry will consist of a mixed team, one male (or all-male group) and one female (or all-female group). Please provide a separate name (16 char max) and picture for each entrant, and a team name for the pair. Feel free to get creative, I'm not going to disqualify a team because they're not a couple IRL or whatever. I mean Jinder and Alicia Fox weren't, and they were hilarious! These pairs will then be randomly paired, forming a 4-entrant superteam. It is these 12 superteams that will enter the all-new Ultra Arena to determine the next champion. I'll be taking a couple days to dry run things, as the new site has custom events and more levers for lethality settings, etc that I'll have to tune. In the meantime, make sure you get your team submitted! As usual, spots are first come, first serve. If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know.
