rotor posted:wrt futurama there were some clunkers in the reboots (iphone, neutopia) but overall they were Of Good Quality. In particular i found Benders Game to be very amusing. there are some good episodes in the revival run (The Late Philip J. Fry being excellent) and the last episode (Meanwhile) in particular was a good ending to the series a lot more duds than in the original run though

disney was never going to adapt the eu because it would involve paying royalties to the authors and it also wouldn't allow an executive to say that they "championed a bold new future for the brand" or something plus it would complicate merch licensing i imagine
