I know a guy who's a total conspiracy nut: the Illuminati run everything; COVID is a political move to control the population; 9/11 was an inside job; the ancient Egyptians built the pyramids to control electricity; etc. He brought this up the last time I was talking to him, and seems to think it means that there are humanoid like aliens on Venus that have been hiding there for millennia. Not, you know, tiny bacteria or whatever.
