I swear to God I'm not trolling, just tell me what I've got wrong: 21 and 13 year old kid shoot 8 shots and cops are called. 21 year old hands the gun off to 13 year old and walks away. Cop chases down 13 year old(the cop didn't know his age) and says to put your hands up. 13 year old has gun in his hand and while turning around, throws it behind the fence. Cop makes a split second decision that ended up wrong. Am I missing anything?
