The series she's working on now is Mao, which seems to be taking a lot of its cues straight from Inuyasha, complete with a girl from the 21st century travelling back in time (to the early 20th century this time, but it's still full of youkai). So far it seems tighter-written than Inuyasha, with a much stronger emphasis on a central occult murder/curse mystery, which the main character has a much stronger reason to be involved with.
