I'm trying to think of something that isn't a super dorky tool for dork poo poo.

edit: oh well I love my soldering iron it wasn't super expensive and it works every day for years without complaints, never needs any new soldering tips or nothin' and does what a soldering iron is supposed to do: get hot, quickly and stay that way.

Just ordered this, thanks.

My all-electric Nissan Leaf.

On school days I take my kid into the city for school in the morning, and pick him up in the afternoon. 17 miles one way.

A 3-year-old Leaf cost me $11k, and I haven't spent a penny in maintenance/gas for it since, as I can rotate tires in my driveway. The car payment is what I save in gas each month, saving mileage on my other gas car I use for longer drives.

Only about 85 miles on a charge, but it's absolutely perfect for why I need it. I'm needing it less often since covid-home-schooling, but still. Still good for errands and such. I don't miss gas stations.

Do you charge it in your driveway? What happens if you have to have it parked in front of your house in the street (for example, your wife is charging her car in the driveway). How do you charge it?
