Even if you haven't taken the new numbers into account, that you can have a game between two teams and have such a vastly different outcome to the one you have listed just means your stats are utter loving garbage. a tier 3 team "upsetting" a tier 1 team, especially off a very small sample size of 2 games worth of data for these two teams, is hardly "all of Statistics has been disproven and now only chaos reigns." That said I think these charts are meant to be descriptive of past performance, not predictive of future performance.
