facialimpediment posted:October: Surprise! Most of the support of Graham I’ve seen here recently boils down to “He’s not a democrat”. Even amongst those people, no one seems super thrilled about him. His tv ads over summer revolved around Jamie Harrison being a Nancy Pelosi Hillary Clinton liberal, while Harrison’s ads have focused on healthcare and other local issues. Recently, he’s kicked up the healthcare ads and accusing Graham of voting to take away protections for pre-existing conditions (without ever mentioning Obamacare). Hell, Graham was running ads about how Harrison was getting tons of money from out of state. Surprisingly, those disappeared when Harrison’s money numbers kept outpacing Graham month after month.
