Fuuuuuck. One of the Legends. A guitar hero for any of us who picked up a 6 string. What else can one say?

Also, the Hagar-era not only helped all of VH mature musically, if Dave hadn�t left they might have gotten a raw deal from the industry at large when grunge killed hair metal and rock embraced alternative. Sucks that things went they way they did when Sammy left but at least we have all those great records.

I didn't know he attributed his throat cancer to holding a metal pick in his mouth and not, you know, 50 years of chain smoking and hard drugs.
