elentar posted:sure, and some of this is just decades of pessimism and despair on my part, plus my own terrible brain disorders, but Fried and Anderson are both performing so far above any reasonable metric for this point in their careers that even if they don't get it done, it shouldn't be a disappointment. pushing the Dodgers to 7 would be a huge accomplishment, albeit one that will feel like a missed opportunity if that's how it plays out. I mean it's fair, given the team we're rooting for. Honestly didn't expect us to get past the WC series, them getting this far feels like a fever dream. Especially when you factor in how we have like two starters. If we lose in seven I think I'll be fine. Bummed, but proud we managed to win a couple playoff series and take the dodgers to a full series.
