On one hand Dan's tweet is very lame because people have good reasons to be angry and violent towards our current power structures. On the other hand, performative antifa supersoldiers are boring as hell and my response to bloodthirsty "we should kill those motherfuckers" people tends to be...y'know, no one is stopping you. I think it's just unproductive as hell anyway, it's people jerking off over revenge fantasies instead of organizing anything because they know they won't ever have to put their rear end on the line. Violence is a tool, not the endgame.

Wow, Supernatural went places. Did you know they killed Death? Twice? Apparently this sequence was Castiel intentionally feeling a moment of happiness and triggering his deal with a cosmic entity so he could drag this woman, who's the new Death, to the Empty, which is supposed to be Death +1 which you can't be ressurected from, but not anymore because Supernatural is actually DBZ. Did you know they are trying to kill God? And they are multiple groups, including Death 2, and that they were gonna use the Son of Lucifer aka Jack as a bomb to loving nuke God?

Nick Knacks is pretty distanced from my TV experience, but I find it very fascinating for the reasons Antifa Turkeesian mentioned. It's cool to have the cultural context that brought about certain cartoons and TV series, even if I never got to watch most of them. It's like when you discover that Bugs Bunny's catchphrase is a reference that way outlived what it was referencing.
