I think ive posted this a bunch. But dont a lot of Patriots players also talk about how away from everyone Belichick actually has a good sense of humor? The hardass couch routine seems to be what everyone takes, but most hardass coaches you will find care a good deal about their players, so you combine that with wins and improvement and thats how you get buy in. If your just an rear end and you lose a bunch who is gonna listen?
