Someone found an article yesterday where they got raided as a fencing operation in 2014 because they were getting a lot of packages delivered. Judging by the contents and some boxes labeled "Walmart Returns," they are an operation that's buying returns (I can't speak for Walmart, but Amazon auctions off pallets of returns, so it's probably similar), and other unsold merchandise, then flipping it on ebay and/or flea markets

Im theorizing that there was some sort of dodgy amazon/ebay business going on in there. Im guessing the owners want to sell very very quickly possibly to cover legal fees. I also imagine they are trying to liquidate some of that stock. This would explain the general state of the place, and why it was listed as is.
