Biden said he was going to take a stance on expanding the supreme court before the election. Anyone know if he ever did? I know it isn't very relevant anymore if they don't get the senate but trying to provide a link for somebody.

Yeah I saw a tweet that attributed a quote to him along the lines of forming a committee of republicans and democrats to determine if it was a good idea but it was so asinine I wasn't sure if it was real or not. Last I recall was during the debate he said he would make an official announcement before people started voting but it looks like nobody held him to that as a google search just comes up with debate articles. Notahippie posted:It was literally "I'll form a commission to study what the impact would be" Ah there we go. Thanks!

lightpole posted:Maybe if you try to counter them with the same format. They have several decades head start and a resource advantage. One of the messages AOC has been trying to get through is that there are other options and many Dems don't take advantage of them or even try them out. Obama managed to overcome the propaganda with a grass roots effort as she pointed out. Sometimes I'll be surprised to find an at-all left leaning FM/AM station, typically in a college town. Usually with a really low budget production and the host is a sophomore in Broadcast but it's something. no, NPR isn't left. People give TYT a lot of poo poo but I do think a group like them with a bigger stage would be a net positive for dems.
