Jesus Christ the Doomers are loving depressing in this thread. We all might as well just lay down and die since nothing has changed. Why bother with anything? I am going to go spend some time with my family, happy knowing that America will probably still be here when my son graduates high school next year. We can talk about how much work is left to be done on Monday. For now, I am going to let myself have a glimmer of hope.

The two most recent big criticisms of him as governor are around a few high profile cases of fraud with his “Feeding Our Future” program that the state put into place to keep kids fed while schools were locked down during covid and the slow rollout of legal dispensaries for recreational marijuana in the state. Ohh and he was governor when the George Floyd murder happened and people complain that he didn’t send the national guard in to quell unrest.
