Yes Virginia, we're still going to have a playoffs this year, despite a a non-zero amount of clusterfuckedness that happened due to the pandemic (*glares at Colorado*). The playoff format is largely unchanged from last year, the only difference being that out in the East there will be a play-in round between #7-#10 and #8-#9 (this keeps both conferences with the same amount of teams that didn't qualify...plus  from more games). After that, it will be your typical 16 team single-elimination bracket where the highest team hosts.
