Hand tossed? I accept no hands but my own doing the tossing personally but you be you. E: 14 inches is a lot to toss though, I can see why you'd want some help.

I think it was a tip in these forums but always pick the 'well done' bake option on the crust menu. doesn't mean they char it to a crisp but it does mean you never get the undercooked center pieces too. Works extra good for the pan option if you like that burnt/crispy side cheese.

One time I ordered two pizzas and they do half price on Mondays so like I said I get a bit crazy with the pizza builder. Any ways the delivery guy was like "hey man don't take this the wrong way, but why are your pizzas so heavy?"

i used to work in a pizza place and got turned on to ordering well-done from the real heads. this is even required for a good pizza if you're a pineapple person; we take 'em straight from the can, sling 'em dry, and put 'em on. that extra thirty seconds caramelizes pineapple, onions and peppers in a good way

just order two $5.99 thin crusts and stack 'em yourself. ask for pie cut instead of square cut to make it easier.

I got dominos the other night and along with the pie got an order of their chicken...bite things with pineapple jalapeno sauce. Yeah don't. They're lovely breaded hunks of chicken like what you'd get in cheap Chinese, completely doused in the sauce with pineapple and the peppers and then...topped with cheese and run under the broiler for some reason so it's one huge blob of baked together mushy chicken cubes.
