a beer at lunch can be nice every once in a while but using liquor at 8 am as a coping mechanism sounds quite unhealthy

I've never managed to drink at work before lunch. I mean I could, and nobody would even try to stop me, but it's just a line I'm not mentally ready to cross. but after a lovely meeting where some idiot pisses me off, occasionally a single lunch beer is in order

it's not a good thing, honestly. like, it's fun to be able to tell people "oh yeah one time my job was so lovely i was literally drinking liquor at my desk in the morning", and there was a certain thrill to that at the time, but i'm way happier to be at a job where i don't want to start drinking on the job.

i should have started looking for a job sooner but i was just depressed and discouraged from my prior job seeking experiences and didn't want to get back on the treadmill of sending out resumes. if you ever get to the point where you decide it's time to knock back a shot of liquor on the job in the morning, you're well past time to be trying to get the gently caress out.

one time a few years ago, different company, we shipped some big feature or something and my team had mimosas in the morning, all together, and that was kind of fun

my erroneously gathered data will be the data that cascades into the complete destruction of Google's servers

it will hopefully be due in part to a misspelling of deiereha
