I wanted to confirm the following assumptions: 1) 1 year league 2) Current injuries off? i.e. is Klay a viable pick? 3) Frequency of rebalancing? i.e. if rookies break out, if players clearly got worse, etc Or if there's a link or post I missed just link me please.
