It was a big news story a few weeks ago, apparently the Yagami actor, Takuya Kimura, is a huge star in Japan and his talent agency is super controlling and won't let his likeness appear on PC where people could mod him and stuff. It's probably also why it's the only one aside from the Fist of the North Star spinoff where you can't do karaoke despite the actor being a famous singer. Apparently Sega's considering pulling the plug on the Judgment series as a result because they realize how much money they're having to leave on the table without a PC launch.
