Fermented Tinal posted:The real game is figuring out what CI is gonna answer so you can force him to sheep. As the winner of the last game, I'm certain to end up my typical mid-pack this time. Mostly because y'all are going to pick the wrong pre-WWII car. Oh, and it'll be last minute, too.

Saw this and thought of the game. Edit: Sorry for making your eyeballs and earballs hurt with this image. I'll keep cringe to the real world from now on. (USER WAS PUT ON PROBATION FOR THIS POST) meatpimp fucked around with this message at 12:55 on Dec 16, 2020 |

1930s. 5000+ pounds. 0-60 in about 8 seconds. There's only one answer to number 2.

Ror posted:I think the YouTube questions were my sheepiest answers, I picked entirely based on the posts about channels in AI. I guess I missed the Bad Obsession love somehow. I went sheep with that question, I've never watched a Bad Obsession video. I'm surprised Neutral Drop hasn't caught on. Just sheer mechanical torture (don't watch their "story" videos, they're stereotypical braggadocio tough guy New Yorkers).

Before today's answers come up -- one channel I forgot -- Ratarossa. The guy is a Ferrari nut, but in a very AI way. He's got a great history, plus he just bought a 512BB that has been sitting outside for a dozen years. The amount of plant growth on its paint makes me twitch. But it'll be a great series to watch.

And now we start a series of reveals of tough-to-sheep questions. (or I completely missed the point... which is a distinct possibility!)

My supercar definition was power-to-weight-ratio, and I stand by that, too.

VideoGameVet posted:I was offered a pristine 1957 Mercedes 300SL convertible in 1978 when I was a student getting my 1968 Mercedes 200 sedan worked on. To be fair, in 1978, $7500 was a not-insignificant amount of cash (a couple grand more than a new Porsche 924 cost at the time). Not on the same scale, but I passed on a 1972 911 Soft Window Targa for $3200 in the early 1990s. If I could go back in time...

There was also the Shamal. So the Biturbo had several variations and generations originating from the same platform.

Congrats, IOC, even if I hadn't balked on "seat belts," you'd have beaten me. Thanks again, MrChips, it's a great game and a lot of fun. I can't wait for the stats!
