Tickled was a great movie. I got my parents to go see it later (without me, thank god) and apparently they both found it interesting but my mother thought my father's discomfort was laugh-out-loud funny.

I think the crazy kind of comes out of nowhere. Like you think you're in fetish deep dive and BAMMO so much crazy. If you watch the trailer sure you get a glimpse but it's just that. edit: Actually that might not be fair the person behind it might just be an abusive piece of poo poo.
