I'll let you know that back in prehistoric times there were types of ants that were enormous. The main limit for the limited size is the lack of lungs or active breathing, but back then when the air had around 34% oxygen (in contrast to the current 20%) ants could process it better and grow larger, probably up to 1,50 meters in length! What I'm saying is, 200 million years ago, ants were a lot closer
