Since I'm already here, speaking of guns that shouldn't be owned, here's a real good example. Not because it's especially effective or murderous, in fact the exact opposite, it is extremely stupid. It is useless. Why, you ask? It does have a lot of power but that extra power is not beneficial over a 9mm or 45 unless you're trying to crack someone's engine block at 100 yards. That extra power also means it has a lot of recoil, which is bad. It is also relatively unreliable. It has a low ammo capacity. It is extremely large. It is extremely heavy. It and its ammo are extremely expensive. It is called a Deagle which sounds like a dog with a chromosome deficiency. It is, exclusively, owned by cretins. Here is mine:

Also just in case people hadn't really noticed, I bought a $55 photography light box off Amazon and I'm going to get some loving use out of it come hell or high water. I'm also just learning like I think the barrel end of the DEagle is out of focus so I'm gonna switch lenses or try something a little different to fix it or something.

I just don't think that the effectiveness of a boltgun outweighs the difficulties and complexities of manufacturing it's ammunition. It would make more sense to upscale lasguns and integrate them into the power plants of their armor.
