the only doom mod i ever played was a custom wad my brother put together where he created a hidden room right by his spawn point that had a light switch for th whole level and light amplification goggles that was the only multiplayer wad he would play. he ruthlessly pwned me for like three months until i saw him go in the door one game and finally got to turn the tables, then he never played doom multi with me again

Honestly one of the best games I've ever played. I'm surprised it didn't gain more popularity. The gunplay and maps were incredible

i am not in any way a good artist but i have access to the garry's mod workshop and google image search, and this has somehow been good enough for other people in the past so hopefully this can at least fill in until a cool illustrator imp floats in

I should look into single player unreal mods. I just remember looking up videos of one that was really ambitious and also famous for having terrible voiceover work and it looked pretty cool up until the point the player character randomly shouted “I am so 1337!” in a thick german accent
