Supposedly, Mediterranean and MIND diets can have significant long-term health benefits, particularly if there could be hereditary risk factors. My wife and I have considered starting off with a few meals every week to see if it works for us. However, she has looked around for recipes and reports that a lot of them are "find some parsley, mix with greek nuts, eat it", which is a bit of a culinary shock when you're coming from a simile of german cuisine (meat, potatoes, grease) and looking for dinner. Could someone please refer us to some good resources (internet, books) for recipes that you could eat semi-regularly?

Thanks for the soup, but perhaps I was too vague. I'm talking about Alzheimer's risk, specifically. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/25681666/ https://www.todaysgeriatricmedicine.com/archive/0715p10.shtml https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/alzheimers-disease/in-depth/15-simple-diet-tweaks-cut-alzheimers-risk/art-20342112
