We truly live in the worst F1 era. poo poo used to be wild, less than 10 cars finishing in any given race. You should next try 1999 and hear Murray Walker do a mocking French accent when relaying what Alesi told him about his Sauber

I gotta say I like the look of this Brabham so I guess I'm for Piquet.

This Vegas "street course" is wild. It's entirely contained within one casino parking lot.

Piquet is the best choice of the era. He was a beast on the track and a very colorful character off the track. He absolutely tormented his teammates with cruel pranks and juvenile insults. He was also known for being able to fart on command when mechanics stuck their heads in his lap to adjust stuff in the car.
And that Brabham with the milk company branding is gorgeous.

TBH Hill and Villeneuve were probably the worst two WDCs of the modern era. Hill was a bottler and a mentally weak athlete. Villeneuve was bad at everything. They won their WDCs due to a combination of Newey genius, supreme Renault power at the time, Schumacher’s teething problems at Ferrari and the sheer incompetence of the rest of the field.
