Looks excellent construction. Also, why not cut a semi-circular hole in the middle of one long side, so the pooper can stick it right up against the toilet bowl. (Like those Squatty Potties.)

I'd also add a diagonal beam on the opposite side to give it extra strength, or it might eventually collapse from the cumulative stress of all the standing on it. You don't want any nasty accidents.

But what if he becomes dependent on the poop stool and can't go without it? At some point a child must leave the nest and set out on their own adventures and experience other toilets where a reliable stool supply might not be available. Unless someone invents a tactical pooping stool that can collapse down to pocket size for everyday carry.
