The city of Philadelphia is coterminous with the County of Philadelphia. All of the county functions (such as courts) are city functions. Philadelphia is extremely strange and basically a state within a state. They used to be separate things. The City of Pittsburgh exists in Allegheny County in a differnet way which leads to hilarious results. The chart above doesn't even mention school districts and other municipal corporations such as airports and mass transit agencies which are also technically government.

Yeah talking about raising kids is probably a bad topic Good point However I have thought of more : gardening, landscaping, redoing kitchens/ bathrooms, favorite routes to popular locations, vacation plans, knitting
