I saw a McLamb in the UK once and it was horrifying Lima and Istanbul have tons of great places to get a chicken sandwich and fries on the side of the street The best part about Nigeria is suya ----------------

Could go for a McArabia rbn The whole Saudi Arabian menu is awesome, they have emmental cheese and the McRoyale is basically the Arch Deluxe sans bacon. Their McChicken has cheese on it

Tim Hortons entire menu is loving gross. Their breakfast is an abomination. The coffee and donuts are alright, but you can get better elsewhere. ----------------

in egypt you can get a mcdonalds kofta burger which is just a burger with onion powder that tastes fine. Also in egypt there is a kfc/pizza hut really close to the pyramids. Way closer than you imagine. and they built a wall just to keep people from sitting on the roof of the kfc to watch the light shows ----------------

i had the currywurst at McDonald's in germany a few times when i was over there. it was mediocre but very convenient Burger King in deutschland had a couple special burgers that banged hard though, i completely forget what they were but i remember going in there after watching a basketball game and having a feast

Other good fast food locations: In berlin there is a mcdonalds right next to checkpoint charlie, on the former soviet side, and I think that is very cute. ----------------
