That was actually a pretty good resolution. Also, he's a cop, so you know.

I had to watch a lot of Little House and I thought it was some sappy feel-good family show at first, but I grew to like it quite a bit. It got surprisingly real sometimes. Mary losing her eyesight and then convincing herself that she was getting it back was just sad. Poor Mary, she got a pretty lovely deal overall.

In the montage at the end, they show Shane talking to the police and then walking off, so presumably they determined it wasn’t a crime and he was free to go. Who knows what kind of story he told them. A super rich white guy getting away with killing a dude isn’t exactly surprising anyway.

I thought the Squid Game "controversy" was just that that one tiktok person had the english closed captioning on instead of the normal subtitles and didn't notice. I had a friend who somehow watched the whole thing dubbed because she thought that was the only option. She was pretty pissed when she found out it wasn't and she listened to a lovely dub for no reason.
