I'd be surprised if this wasn't the final season though, since no one seems to be watching it. I've been watching it, but the problem is it leans into big arcs that just clearly terminate due to lack of writer interest, so nothing gives the impression there's a reason anything happens. It tries to straddle two options and doesn't excel at either as a result.
