I hadn't seen it for years, and while I liked it, I preferred Extras. Watching it again now, though, I loved it a lot more. I think having seen so much of the US Office with her (it was one of our go-to things to put on in the background) everyone being more worn-down and less cheery and happy about being stuck in an office with each more was more refeshing. A tangent, but Vudu and Itunes both have the whole Office US series for $30 right now if you want to preserve it.

Letterkenny has really high highs but man, some of the characters are just terrible. Stuart had a good arc in the first couple seasons and then him and the skids just became parodies of themselves. Can't stand any scene with just them.

The new version lacks zero emotional punch due to its use of flashbacks and giving Harold the most screen time. A certain character leaving for Vegas has zero emotional impact on the audience (like it did in the book and the original series) due to we have only spent 5 minutes total with that character 4 episodes in. Actually it is the same for all the characters. They are there just to drive plot points and it is a shame since the characters were one of the strong points of the source material. Is it a mini-series? Or are they shooting for a season 2?

I saw something that said he wasn't taking care of himself and waited to get diagnosed. Can't remember if it was here but a friend said he had a bump on his neck that they kept telling him to get checked out and he just ignored them.

But it pulled it out. Superstore really hit a lot of nerves because I worked at Best Buy for 13 years. I felt similar with the finale, it really want a "happy" ending, but I'm glad it was the way it was. I really related to both Jonah and Amy, Best Buy being a temporary job for me until I went back to school, only to never go back to school.

Megan Boone is leaving the Blacklist after this season and normally when one of the main stars of a show leaves it I say "Pull the plug" but I'm excited at the prospect of more Spader and less deep conspiracy and forced emotional episodes

But then the episode where Allison opens up to Patty kind of opened my eyes along with hers. The stuff Kevin does in the sitcom format sucks but also gets watered down. But the way Allison describes it in the dark real world suddenly takes a much more sinister tone. Suddenly I'm watching all those sitcom scenes and wondering is Kevin yelling? Is he threatening her? How rough is this? What does Kevin even look like? Its interesting we've never seen his dad or Neil in the real world either. They're this goofy sitcom crew when we see them, but the real world version of that could be so much uglier. I thought for sure the episode where they get the replacement Patty was going to end up having him in the real world, and being incredibly terrifying.
