Just days ahead of the launch of the second season on January 25th, TNT has renewed its sci-fi drama “Snowpiercer” for a third season.

Set more than seven years after the world has become a frozen wasteland, the show centers on the remnants of humanity who inhabit a perpetually moving train. Jennifer Connelly, Daveed Diggs and Sean Bean star.

Over on Peacock, the sequel series to the 1990s teen comedy “Saved by the Bell” has been renewed for a ten-episode second season. It marks the second Peacock series to score a renewal following comedy “A.P. Bio”.

That renewal comes just shy of two months after its premiere on the SVOD service. The show is a sequel to the 1990s teen comedy and features several original cast members but focuses on a new set of students at Bayside High.

The first project under Ventanarosa’s new first-look deal with HBO, the half-hour comedy follows a woman named Leslie who is turning 40 and in crisis when her breasts spontaneously gain sentience and start talking to her.

I usually like Pedro Pascal but I think he's getting a little overexposed? Mahershala Ali would've been more interesting in that role to me. I'll still watch either way.

I'm glad to see him getting more work. He's in two shows and barely in one at all.

The funniest part of Persons Unknown is how before they started they said it was a complete one season story but it doesn't really answer any of its mysteries and also ended on a cliffhanger. The cliffhanger ending didn't even make any sense. The show took place in a ghost town with some buildings and the immediate area around them, the end of the series involves a character getting in an elevator in the town's hotel and when they get out they're on a boat in the middle of the ocean.

That was pretty great.
