Does anyone know of a decent website for tracking when shows are on and when they come back? I was using Followshows, but that seems to have died.

Oasx posted:It seemed like most people in thread for the show were frustrated with the season, though many felt that the last episode made up for it. For me, it was mostly that they kept doing long, drawn out family drama segments when the end of the season was creeping up and it didn't seem like there was any resolution on the horizon for how things were escalating. They brought it home eventually, but it's stressful when a show you really like looks like they are dropping the ball.

He was on The Gong Show which was mediocre, and he was in a couple movies I think as bit characters. He was in Bohemian Rhapsody, but I can't remember anything about him.

Rhyno posted:Yeah Radcliffe reportedly turns down potential blockbuster poo poo left and right. I think he was on Conan and mentioned Marvel has come at him multiple times but he never wants to do a franchise like that again. I think if I had a bunch of Harry Potter money, I would only do smaller things I know I could have fun in. He doesn't have to worry about properly doing some character from a big series that will have people pestering him about his portrayal no matter what he does.

Yeah casting the male part as a generic attractive dude really skewed how people view the situation. If they had cast the dude as a schlubby weirdo, people probably would have seen the situation for what it really was.

Oh lol, I just started watching that on netflix because it showed it to me. Does season 2 have any kind of closure? Or is it some big thing happening that will never be resolved and will piss me off since it is canceled?

And like most of his appearances in TV shows, it was because the person who arranged it thought that Musk would just give them a free Tesla simply for letting him be on their show.

Looking at wikipedia, the goofiest thing seems to be that the age of Mrs Columbo in the show indicated that she was 12 years old and married when Columbo started in 1968.

Also, looking at some of the shots of people without makeup on, did they even pick any average looking or ugly people? What's the point of seeing if liking someone's personality is enough to build a connection if they are also attractive anyway?

For Amazon and Netflix, it's hard to tell if it's even their show. They slap "Netflix Original" on anything they have exclusive streaming rights for.

I binged through Manifest on Netflix and then saw that season 3 was on Hulu so I went through that as well. People said it ends on a cliffhanger, but I kind of don't care? The plot meandered along over the season and then it felt like they needed to rush to resolve some things, and then they threw in a bunch of new stuff in the last 30 seconds. The new stuff was weird enough that I don't really care if there's ever a fourth season. I don't know if I've ever felt that way about a show before. Usually I either get bored part way through a season, or I get bored of the show during the first episode of a new season after a long break. I've never gotten bored of a show as soon as the season ended though.

Timby posted:Disney had some insane rules for theaters that wanted to show Endgame. Not only did they demand 100 percent of release weekend box office, they insisted that any theater that wanted Endgame opening weekend had to commit at least 75 percent of its screens to it for the first two or three weeks. Wow, it's a wonder why movie theaters are struggling.
