I was having a talk with some friends over the mcarthy area black list, and comparing it to "cancel culture" one is that list wasnt public two there was no accountability for those that made the list three is that the tabloids at the time would write articles hinting or suggesting someone held the wrong opinions. basically careers could be made or broken on the back what amounts to high school drama. In this weird world we dont have the press, but loving people self publishing poo poo and I mean poo poo. like rosan poo poo posting on twitter and gets kicked off the show. James loving Gunn got cast out into the wilderness for poo poo posting. poo poo posting about jews and working in hollywood seems like the dumbest mother loving thing anyone could do period.

"pssy listen to it yourself if you care so much" Anyway end of the story we got some issue worked out I was told they just like to have noise on and its all just grifting. Honestly synder is like bay, they can compose really cool shots but having a good plot...a plot....something plot like? nah

Regarding the DCU imitating the MCU is kinda stupid. They coulda easily had a plan that was avengers like, as in have a superman movie, a batman movie and wonderwoman movie then boom have a JL movie. I m told WW was pretty good, and I saw the aqua man movie which was...fun. Shazam was fun and Joker proved that you dont need 100's of millions of dollars to make a good movie. Now back to Anderson and Synder. If you just had someone to regien in Syner on having a good act structure he can make some cool stuff. Anderson is just self aware and the RE movies are such a guilty little pleasure. It would be cool if some studio took a spec script for a sci or horror movie and just let him do it.

The thing about dune, the 1984 is that they buildt such a world. Every faction every setting every effect works, internal monologs of "the spice" is pretty good too. The movie might not have reached the stars but gently caress they went for it. Also the Gina interview drops today. *sigh* I used to like midnights edge, they were good at making simple summaries of gossip and issues. the Sony email leak was a treasure trove on insight into workings on hollyweird. but I loving hate social media I think twitter makes people stupider, and there is such a market for outrage upon outrage. Is the Mandalorian really that good? people are right its basically a western with beep bop bob. t

Okay gonna bring it back to the hack frads. They release edited videos of a lenth greater than 10 minutes. None of that OBS rant reading news poo poo while yelling. They seem to have a pretty consistent schedule the chooper was really nice of them to do and they explained with "IT loving COLD WE WONT BE HERE FOR 2 WEEKS" Its just so weird you have a group of friends making videos talking about bad movies, recent movies, movies they like, and it loving works it should be the easiest format to ape or put a spine on. And welp nope.
