I also almost got a job there but the pay was lol. Full $15k a year less than any other offer i had, and the pep talk was "but you get to work for disney!" Its cool, it was just a job inspecting metal fatigue on rides  Edit: Star Wars land did not make crowding any better. As close as I am, the usual theory is go all winter at least once a week after 4pm or so. You can ride most things that way.
