Use this thread to keep track of all the books you read this year, or to post about unscientific-fiction books you read without having to post in the frankly far too aggressively titled "literature" thread, or to talk about the first book in a series without having to dodge spoilers from ten books later in that series' thread. Or whatever. As long as you're posting about the book you just read, you're using this thread correctly.
